A member of the Australian Classic Homes Design Team will be assigned to your project from the beginning to guide and advise you on all aspects of your project.
Making selections is much more than choosing a few colours for the walls. Our design consultant will guide you through the many options and assist you make the correct decision to achieve the outcome you want for each and every room.
Due to the detailed requirements of the selection process, you’ll have to allow sufficient time to run through the options and carefully make decisions that will suit your lifestyle best. The selection process starts shortly after your plans have been lodged with council for approval.
Once your selections are completed and approved, they will be included in our fixed-price contract. This ensures you get exactly what you’ve paid for, and allows us to order all the materials needed to complete the project on schedule.
Most projects only require our standard level of service for the selection process. However, for more complex projects we do offer an Extended Level of Service, which includes our design consultant accompanying you to selection centres to guide and assist you make decisions on a wide range of options. The additional fee payable is minimal in comparison with charges that a Interior Designer would apply, particularly as they may not fully understand the complete detailed project brief.
