The Project Manager makes regular site visits to inspect each construction stage progressively and will liaise with our experienced team of contractors to maintain your project to the standards you expect. Site meetings between clients and the Project Manager are encouraged throughout the building process to ensure the final result is exactly what was specified.
Australian Classic Homes believes our team of contractors are as much a part of our family as our employees. In return, they commit to the high standards we aim for in every project. Many of our contractors have been with us for more than 10 years, but even those that haven’t understand we all have to work as a team because if one player doesn’t achieve what was expected of them, if affects us all, and most importantly, the ultimate satisfaction of our customers.
Approximately 4-6 weeks after you have moved into your new home or extension one of our qualified team members will contact you to make sure the home is what you expected. Should you have any concerns our Project Manager will organise a date and time within 30 days to discuss the matter, inspect the concerns on-site and if they are defective arrange to have the work rectified as quickly as possible.
Should issues arise after handover during the five year guarantee period, we will arrange a suitable time and date to investigate and then attend to the defect as soon as practical. Your satisfaction is paramount to our business.
