Split Level & Lightweight Homes Some builders shy away from difficult sloping sites – we see it as a challenge. Sure the easy way is to do a full cut and fill, but visually this is not great and leads to costly retaining walls. We believe that while you save on the house with a cut and fill you are better off designing the home to compliment the land to reduce costly retaining walls. Lightweight Construction can be utilized in these projects whether it be Harditex, Rendapanel or Hebel. We can look at these alternatives and work out the best solution for you.
