As level building sites are rare, we will design the home to utilize the slope. Energy efficient design not only saves heating and cooling costs but can enhance the appearance of a home.

Use of the lightweight systems including Harditex for reduced weight and superior insulating qualities. Taking advantage of views or privacy and integration of interior and exterior living areas such as patios and courtyards is of paramount importance.

The directors are actively involved in the design and keep an eye on the overall building process from start to finish.

During construction clients have very close contact with the key staff and are able to be informed and appreciative of the developing project.

The concept of individual design remains throughout the project and clients select their fixtures and fittings either independently or with the Interior Designer.

It has taken many years to put together the group of skilled people necessary to finish these unique homes to a standard that we set for ourselves and our clients.

Our suppliers and contractors form an integral part of our business and the construction of your project. A number of our contractors have been part or our team for over 20 years.
